“KUCH KEHNA HAI” AN EXCLUSIVE EVENT OF MENTAL HEALTH & MINDFULNESS!
On the International Day of Happiness on March 20th, PRAGYATA FOUNDATION in collaboration with WICCI DELHI HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL decided to bring out smiles on faces through the talk show on Mental Health “KUCH KEHNA HAI" under our project “SAY YES TO HEALTHY MIND”. The foundation organised this event with renowned panelist members from AIIMS, NIEPD, Ministry of Social Justice, Ministry of AYUSH, VIMHANS, South Delhi MCD, Delhi Police & other renowned hospitals.
The event was blessed and inspired by the presence of the Former Health Minister of Delhi, Dr. Yoganand Shastri ji and Zonal Chairman of South Delhi MCD, Dr. Nandini Sharma, Associate Professor Dr. Mausami Bhaumik, NIEPD, Department of Ministry of Social Justice, Dr. Jeetendra Kumar Vaishya from Ministry of AYUSH, Dr. Ajeet Singh Gulia from AIIMS, Dr. Jyanti Banerjee, HOD from Psychology department of Mother’s International School, DGN Ashok Kantoor, District Governor Rotary club Delhi West, Mr. Arun Roongta,President of Rotary club Delhi west, Dr. Namrata Gupta from VIMHANS, Dr. Sandeep Kumar from Neelam Hospital, Dr. Prerna Rajora, Naturopathy, Pushp Vihar Councillor Ms. Rekha Shankla, Ms. Rinzing Bhutia, Indian Revenue official & certified AOL trainer and other renowned guests & panelists. The event was organised at The Grand New Delhi Hotel & Residences who was the hospitality partner for this event. The discussion revolved around breaking the stigma associated with mental health. It was an interactive session where questions from the audience were taken up and answered by experts in the field.
